Happy Monday everyone! We had a spectacular weekend here in new England. The weather couldn't be better.... we made grilled pizzas Saturday night with some friends. A bit off topic but hubs and I took a cooking class for grilled pizzas with Sunday Suppers in Brooklyn a few weeks back and if you live in the area, I highly recommend it. The setting ( a loft overlooking the water and a delightful rooftop al fresco dining space) was fantastic, as was the company and the teachers.Visit their site here, where you can see a picture of me and hubs sipping on great vino ....anyhow, back to this post.
